Seasonal Specials

We’ve recently christened the specials board, now home to a weekly rotating selection of dishes centring seasonal produce from Spain and the British Isles, all shaped by Nieves’ signature style.
Recent specials include roasted Jerusalem artichokes with chestnut mushrooms, quail offal and Jamón Ibérico; and a bitter leaf salad with almond pesto, pomelo and cured tuna heart. As we foray further into December, the team are expecting to welcome beautiful hand-dived scallops alongside tender lamb’s brains.
In January, the focus shifts to the height of the citrus season. Blood orange, pomelo, and bergamot bring brightness, acidity and fragrance to the kitchen – qualities essential in balancing the deeper, richer tones of Spanish winter fare. A time to embrace the hearty and humble, brassicas and root vegetables follow in abundance, with beetroot, sprout tops, and cimi di rapa bound to feature.
