1. Bookings

Table reservations can be made through our website via SevenRooms. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a charge in line with the terms shown at the time of booking.

2. Gift Cards

Gift cards are available to purchase via our website. Please note:

  • Gift cards are valid for 10 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

3. Private Dining & Events

Private dining and event enquiries can be made through our enquiry form or by contacting the restaurant directly. Terms, including deposits and minimum spends, will be confirmed as part of the booking process.

4. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

While we take every care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles all major allergens, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please inform your server of any allergies or intolerances before ordering.

5. Email Sign-Up

By signing up to our mailing list, you agree to receive occasional updates from Legado. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, and design—is the property of Legado or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

FAQs

Is the Taberna & terrace open for walk-ins?


Yes – our Taberna and terrace are open all day for walk-ins.

Can I book counter space?


Counter seating is not bookable as a specific option. Guests simply book a time slot, and the table may be assigned either in the dining room or at the counter. The same menu is served in both areas.

What are the restaurant’s opening hours?


Lunch service runs from 12:00–14:30 (last orders). Guests can remain until around 16:30, or move to the Taberna, which stays open all day. Dinner service runs from 17:30–22:30 (last orders), and the restaurant closes at midnight.

What are your pre-order options?


Pre-orders are available at the point of booking for ¼,  ½ and full suckling pig and ¼ lamb. You are offered a pre-order based on your table size. Pre-orders are available until 24 hours prior to your booking. Pre-orders are prepaid in full and will be refunded if you cancel within the refundable times as listed in our booking policy. Are children welcome?


Children under 7 are welcome until 7:00pm. After this time, we kindly ask that no young children be brought to the restaurant.

Can I bring a buggy?


Space for buggies is very limited, so we recommend visiting without them where possible.

Can I bring a birthday cake?


Yes, although we charge a cakeage fee of £5 per person.

Are dogs allowed?


Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the terrace, but not inside due to our open kitchens. Service dogs are, of course, welcome.

Is the terrace suitable for colder days?


Yes – our terraces are equipped with heaters and screens so you can enjoy them comfortably year-round.

Is the restaurant wheelchair friendly?


Yes, the restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring my own wine?


Yes, whilst we have a large wine selection and hope we can recommend something for everyone, you can bring your own. Corkage for wine is £45 and sparkling £55 per bottle.
